How long will my items take to arrive?

We know, you are itching to receive your adorable new pieces from Oops A Daisy. Our turnaround time is approximately 3-4 weeks for in-stock fabrics and 6-8 weeks for pre-order fabrics. Please note that this is subject to change.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items then your order will be shipped when all items are ready. If you would like your items when they are each ready then please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

If you have chosen free collection then you will be contacted when your order is ready to arrange a time for you to collect.

I need my order ASAP, can you do this?

We’ve all been there, life gets in the way and you find yourself in need of a last minute outfit or gift. Please contact us via our contact form linked at the bottom of this site, social media or email (chrissie@oopsadaisy.uk) to discuss if this is the case.

Can you customise items to fit my child?

Some little ones need their clothes to be altered or adapted to fit their size best or meet their needs. If this is your little one then please contact us via our contact form linked at the bottom of this site, social media or email (chrissie@oopsadaisy.uk) and we will always do what we can to help!

How should I care for my items?

Our items are made from beautifully soft cotton jersey fabrics. To get the best out of your items, please wash your pieces at 30 degrees and do not tumble dry.

If your item has poppers, these may be a bit stiff before the first wash so please be careful with these. Place your fingers as close to the popper as you can, pulling gently, being careful not to tug on the fabric.
