How long will my items take to arrive?

I know, you're itching to get your hands on your new Oops A Daisy pieces! Turnaround is approximately 6-8 weeks, though this can change depending on how busy things are.

If you've chosen free collection, I'll be in touch when your order's ready to arrange a time for you to pick it up.

Why does it take longer than buying from the high street?

Because everything's made to order, by me, one piece at a time. I'm not pulling items off a shelf that were made months ago in a factory. I often order the fabric in specially once you've placed your order, then wait for it to arrive before I can even start cutting and sewing. It also means no two batches are ever quite the same, which I love.

I need my order ASAP, can you help?

We've all been there! Life gets in the way and suddenly you need a last minute outfit or gift. Drop me a message via the contact form, social media, or email (chrissie@oopsadaisy.uk) and I'll see what I can do.

Can you customise items to fit my child?

Some little ones need their clothes altered or adapted to fit them best or meet their needs — if that's your little one, just get in touch via the contact form, social media, or email (chrissie@oopsadaisy.uk) and I'll always do what I can to help.

I live locally, do I have to pay for postage?

Nope! If you're local, just select the free local collection option at checkout and I'll message you when your order's ready to arrange a time to grab it.

Why is handmade more expensive than high street clothing?

High street prices are low because items are mass produced, often quickly and cheaply. Everything here is handmade by me from start to finish, using quality fabric and prints I've hand-picked myself so the price reflects the time, skill, and care that goes into every single piece, not a factory line.

How should I care for my items?

Everything's made from lovely soft cotton jersey, so to keep it looking its best, wash at 30 degrees and skip the tumble dryer.

If your item has poppers, they might feel a bit stiff before the first wash — just place your fingers as close to the popper as you can and pull gently, being careful not to tug on the fabric.
