Oops a Daisy ("we," "us," or "our") specializes in handmade baby and toddler clothing. Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. By purchasing, you acknowledge that all products are handmade and may vary slightly from pictures shown on our website or social media platforms.

2.1 Handmade Items
All of our clothing is handmade to order unless explicitly listed as “ready to post.” Due to the handmade nature of our products, items may not look identical to the photographs shown in listings. While we strive for consistency and quality, slight variations or small imperfections may occur, adding to the uniqueness of each piece.

2.2 Care Instructions
Care instructions are provided on the product listings and on a care card included with your order. It is the customer's responsibility to follow these instructions. Oops a Daisy cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by failure to adhere to these care guidelines.

2.3 Turnaround Time
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated turnaround time specified at the time of purchase. However, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated regarding the status of your order.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase will apply.

As we are a small business, the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer.
