Our turnaround time is approximately 3-4 weeks for in-stock fabrics and 6-8 weeks for pre-order fabrics. Please note that this is an approximation. Please click here to see our full Terms of Service before purchasing.
UK Shipping - We offer both Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 postage options.
We offer free collection from Towcester (NN12). If you select this option then we will contact you when your order is ready to collect and arrange a time.
Returns
All items (unless stated otherwise) are handmade to order.
If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or return. All returned items must be in unworn condition.
As we are a small business, return costs must be covered by the customer.
